Our Selection Process

How we decide who we shortlist

Our selection process is designed to make sure we are absolutely right for each other!

The process will vary slightly dependant on the role you have applied for. If you are applying for a technical or sales role you may be required to complete a series of online tests, assessment centres or prepare a presentation. The precise details of each stage will be confirmed to you if your application is successful.

So here's how it works...

Step 1 - Complete & Submit Your Application Form or CV

Our team of recruiters will aim to review your application and provide feedback to you within 5 working days.

Step 2 - Take Online Test

If you are applying for an engineer's role you will be required to complete an online test that is relevant to the job role you are applying for and will enable us to review your skill set.

Step 3 - Telephone Interview

The telephone interview gives you the chance to talk about your qualities in a way that paper or online forms simply can't do justice. We're looking for you to provide us with evidence of the skills we are seeking. Also the telephone interview gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role.

Step 4 - Face-to-Face Interview

This will be held with the manager of the department and will involve competency based questions regarding your relevant experience.

Step 5 - 2nd Stage Interview (Presentation/Assessment Centre)

These are usually held with the Director of the company and you may be required to complete a short presentation dependant on the role you are applying for.

Step 6 - Receive Offer Letter

You will receive a verbal offer if you have been successful and we will endeavor to get a letter sent out to you the very same day.

Step 7 - Pass Our Pre-Employment Checks

Legislation dictates that all non EU nationals are required to be in possession of a valid work permit before they can take up employment.

Therefore you will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. If you are successful with your application we will ask you to provide appropriate documents, such as your Passport, Visa, Work Permit or Birth Certificate in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006.

Interested?

Search our jobs and see if we have a role you would like to apply for.

*Please note we do endeavor to contact all applicants as soon as possible, however due to the high volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from us within 7 working days unfortunately on this occasion your application has been unsuccessful.
