The Role...

Working with the support department to ensure a highly pro active service is continuously achieved across our client base.
• Assist with logging of support requests to service desk
• Routine monitoring of server checks and associated infrastructure
• Pro active monitoring and escalation of outages and network failures
• Escalating back-up issues to 2nd and 3rd Liners and ensuring customers are updated regularly to progress
• Regular server sweeps ensuring customers networks are running efficiently
• Scheduling of updates and reboots as appropriate
• Keep client asset registers updated on internal systems
• Assisting with deployment of TMS
• Managing our PMP to ensure all client infrastructure is being monitored

The Person we are looking for must have...

• At least 1 years commercial experience in administering IT systems
• An enthusiasm to develop these skills in a fast growing company and the desire to progress to 1st Line support within 6 – 12 months
• Attention to detail
• Methodical approach
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential

Skills…

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 – internal training will be provided to ensure you are able to meet the requirements of your job function
