It is a small, self sufficient department that is tasked with opening lines of communication and the setting up of appointments of targeted SME’s for our sales consultants. We take an ‘old’ fashioned approach to the department along the lines of providing ongoing hands on training and development, thorough grounding/re-alignment in the key principals of Telesales Communications Skills, Control, Listening Skills, Profiling, Stock management, Psychological road map and motivation and self development as we are constantly evolving as a department. The Department is seen as a ‘Youth Academy’ to progress (through a structured process) onto the IT consultancy/sales department. The Role...Working hand in hand with the manager the role is a 50/50 split between booking appointments and generating your own commission as well as the day to day running and development of the department. We are looking for someone who will contribute energy, ideas and initiative. The Person we are looking for must have...• Minimum of three years experience in Telesales Outbound (of which one year in B2B would be an advantage) • Minimum of 1 year’s proven track record as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Team Leader. These roles to have included report preparation, performance analysis, lead assignment/data base management, Team meetings, motivation, 1:1 training. • Proven track record as a Telecanvasser and Manager Skill Requirement… • Clear understanding of the key foundations/principles of the profession • Numerical sound – good with statistical analysis and trend spotting • Methodical/Structured approach to targets and development • Excellent communication, motivation and people skills • Drive, determination, commitment, and use of initiative when required • Ability to affect change Why the Internet Group....
