The Role...

• Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team at client sites
• Identify client requirements and propose a suitable technical roadmap
• Provide technical solutions design for both new and existing clients
• Identify labour, hardware, software and licensing requirements for work to be carried out
• Assist in the creation of Business Proposal documentation
• Reporting to the Pre-Sales Team Leader
• Progression to Senior Pre-Sales Consultant possible via mentoring and external training

You must possess...

• Excellent technical understanding of Microsoft, Cisco and Dell Hardware and Software
• Understanding of key IT concepts such as servers, switches, firewalls, messaging
• Proven track record of designing IT solutions
• Effective consultation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
