The Role...

To provide the Sales Team (80%) and Client Services (20% of the time) with high level administration support. The administrator will mainly provide proactive support to the Sales Department and be involved in continuous improvement projects which help the dept become as efficient and professional as possible.

You must be...

IT literate

Adaptable with ability to remain calm under pressure

Able to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Accurate in data entry and attention to detail

Experienced in admin, gained in a related environment

Methodical in your approach with eye for detail

Have excellent and proven organisation skills

Friendly with a flexible approach, as a large team would require dedicated support

Committed, as the hours of work may vary to meet occasional deadlines
