Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support Engineer)

The Role...
- To provide remote helpdesk support to our customer’s networks, including desktop and server support.
- Liaising with 3rd line parties and other vendors to resolve network issues and ensuring customers are kept informed at all times
You must be...
- Proven track record of IT support for at least 6 months to 1 years in a Service Management field.
- Good communication skills
- Desire to increase personal knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service Skills along with written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to work remotely on client networks
Skill Requirement...
- Any Microsoft or IT related qualifications will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent Desktop knowledge on the full range of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Solid understanding of MS 2003/2008 Windows server
- Solid understanding of Active directory
- Ability to build and configure a Server & Work station
- Client focused and quick to react
- Ability to diagnose issues and investigate solutions
